To retrieve your subscription and proceed with the cancellation, choose one of the following methods.

To retrieve your subscription, enter your username or email, along with the password that was assigned to you by the merchant.

To retrieve your subscription, enter the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of your credit card. For security purposes, enter the email address or username associated to your membership.
